Our simple space blurs the boundaries between inside and out. Serving our guests in different places + locations around the property depending on the season and occasion. Aitisfoul is both, relaxed and refined – a dining experience set in a desert oasis, in and authentic Berbere Village in Southern Morocco.

We strive to use what is in season and locally sourced. We have local co-ops that we purchase aragon + olive oil, honey, amlou, goat cheese and any other goodness that comes our way.
It is Chef Mohamed’s desire to nourish and satisfy every palette. Daily Menu is pre-fixed and rotates throughout the week and changes throughout the seasons.
